While AAA’s primary service is training, its employees hold multiple accreditations that allow AAA to offer a wide range of environmental consulting services. These services include but are not limited to, investigations or inspections, project design specifications, and project management intended for asbestos, lead-based paint, and indoor air quality. Miscellaneous services include testing for lead in water, noise surveys, and industrial hygiene monitoring.
AAA Environmental has original Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved for their asbestos courses and EPA approvals for lead-based paint courses. Many of these courses are approved by multiple states; such as North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. See the list of state acceptances in the Resource Page.
AAA trainers are field experienced and maintain license/accreditations issued by South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) and North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) as Inspector/Management Planners, Air Monitors, AHERA Project Designers, and AHERA Consultants. AAA’s staff includes three Environmental Trainers and a Certified Environmental Safety Compliance Officer (CESCO). The services of a Registered Environmental Property Assessor, an Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) Inspector, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), and Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIQAP) can be provided.
AAA’s history includes the completion of millions of square feet of asbestos inspections for textile sites, public and commercial building, and institutional facilities in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. AAA has served as the Building Owner's Representative in hundreds of projects since its inception. Along with oversight of remediation of hazardous materials, such as asbestos, lead-based paint, and mercury, AAA has provided the oversight of the demolition of the structure.
